Yummy Salsa

!±8± Yummy Salsa

For years, I have a mission to get a good, no, find great recipe for the sauce. The variety shocked I do not understand.

Finally I decided just to throw together what sounded good to me, ignored all the common recipes to make it easy and good. The end result was this fantastic sauce, easy to find easy to make and use ingredients you! This recipe is great, with or without the optional diced vegetables.

5 cups

14.5 oz cans chopped 3 tomatoes, drained, then rinsed 3 times to get rid of the taste of tomato juice
1-1/2 chicken bullion cubes, dissolved in
3 / 4 cups hot water
6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
4-1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 heaping tablespoon of dry coriander
3 / 4 heaping teaspoon of cumin
3 / 4 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 tablespoons full of sugar
3 teaspoons chili powder (this is a medium hot sauce make - from mild to hot in more, add or subtract someChili flakes)

----------

1-1/2 tablespoons shaken, chopped garlic
3 cans Ortega diced peppers,
1 tablespoon red pepper, diced
3 tablespoons white onion, diced

NOTES:

First Place first 11 ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand blender until desired consistency. (This can be done in a regular blender.)

According to the last 4 ingredients and mix cold.

Man, this is good stuff. You can putit on your burritos or tacos, or pour some on your salad, like my wife does.

Or just break out the chips. Delicious!
